WARNERS BROTHERS ROBBED ME

$27....I Paid $27 and guess what? It was only 3 different scenes for the alternate version of "I Am Legend". Most of it was just extra shots and exteriors...cant beleive I paid so much for it but hey, Im a big Will Smith fan so its worth it BUT THANKS 2 WARNER BROTHERS, I have "I Am Legend" on My Cpu but I cant Re Edited or Put It On DVD...give me a while, I’ll find my way around it. Make my own fan trailer or short fan film of the movie...we’ll see. I bought the 2 Disc movie at BlockBusters 20 hours after release but for whoever havent seen the alternate ending, Im putting it below....makes me wonder though...shouldnt they do a sequel now cause of the new ending? They Should...this ending is way better. My problem with this DVD is I know there is more scenes in the movie that we're not being shown. I was watching Behind The Scenes (which you cant even watch on the DVD player, you have to put the dvd in the computer (DVD-Rom). Now what if I didnt have a computer and the internet? I wouldnt be able to watch it and see there was extra scenes they have shot and was not featured in both verisons of the films. HEAR ME OUT WARNER BROTHERS, I WANNA SEE EVERYTHING. EVERY FOOTAGE. GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR. What I paid for was a scam. You could of easliy put those 3 scenes on DVD and do what Universal did for the extened uncut verison of "American Gangster" and had a feature that showed a different ending..you could of had it all on one disc and had the second dsic filled with Special features...or was you just tryin to cash in because you giving up to New Line Cinema? Hmmmm?

Director's Cut Is Always Better

Beowulf is a 2007 motion capture film loosely based on the Old English epic poem of the same name. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the film was created through a similar motion capture technique to that used by the director in The Polar Express. The cast includes Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, Robin Wright Penn, Alison Lohman, John Malkovich, Crispin Glover, Brendan Gleeson, and Angelina Jolie. This is the 2nd time I saw this film. The first time I saw it was in theater but it was such a "bitter night" I didnt enjoy it as much as I did when I bought the dvd. Now in the begining it is really slow but the action scenes are worth the wait. Oh and the behind the scenes featurette (only in the directors cut and 2 disc dvd) is a must watch. It's amazing to watch. I got a clip from youtube, im putting it under the trailer. Im giving it a 8 out of 10...why? because of them really slow parts which is filled with talks.

The Most Boring Movie I Ever Watched

Dont confuse this with Lion Gate's The Descent. Descent is a 2007 American thriller film directed by Talia Lugacy and starring Rosario Dawson and Chad Faust. Maya (Dawson) is a college student who is brutally raped. Struggling to break free of the resulting depression and addiction, as well as the hum-drum existence of folding shirts at the local boutique, Maya seeks out the help of a sociopath she meets, named Adrian (Marcus Patrick) at a dance club. The two lure the former victimizer (Faust) to Maya's place, only to gag, subdue, and rape the man who raped her.

The film was soo boring I never got to the part when they get revenge on the guy who raped Rosario's character. After an hour of the film, I stopped the dvd. It had another 40 minutes to go but I couldnt take it. IT WAS SOOOO BORING!!!!! I might give it another shot since I own the dvd but it was just so.....boring. It took so long to get to the point of certain scenes. Some of it was filled with fillers that it didnt need. I gave it a 5 out of 10. I would give it a 1 but I love Rosario so I wont do her so wrong....I can make a better remake of this.....

Another Remake of a Classic

A Raisin in the Sun is a 2008 television movie directed by Kenny Leon. The teleplay by Paris Qualles is based on the award-winning 1959 play of the same name by Lorraine Hansberry. The film debuted at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival and was broadcast by ABC on February 25, 2008. It stars Sean Combs, Audra McDonald, Phylicia Rashad, and Sanaa Lathan reprising the roles they played in the 2004 Broadway revival, which also was directed by Kenny Leon. It ran at the Royale Theatre for 32 previews and 88 performances....but for a remake Im not sure. I mean it was a really good time that I watched it twice (right after I taped it the first time). Diddy didnt take the cake like Sidney Poitier but he had his scenes where he was great. Phylicia Rashad (who I loved in the cosby show) was wonderful. Watchin her was like watchin my mother. The struggle of a hard working black mother with no help of her children's father (if I make a movie about my life, I want her to play the part of my mother) she did a wonderful job. As for everyone else, EVERYONE did great. It was sooo cool seeing Uncle Jesse (John Stamos playin as Carl Linder) acting again...I missed those full house days. Now Im not sure if I appreicate this more then I would if I saw it on stage. I might of enjoyed it more if I saw it on broadway but it was a great film. Im not sure if it will be on TV again or be realesed on DVD but make sure you get it or watch it and tape it.

This Won Best Picture?

No Country for Old Men is an Academy Award-winning 2007 film written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen (The guys who made Lady Killers....which reminds me I left at my ex's house). It stars Josh Brolin, Tommy Lee Jones and Javier Bardem. Adapted from the Cormac McCarthy novel of the same name It tells the story of a drug deal gone wrong, turned into a cat-and-mouse drama, as three men crisscross each other's paths in the desert landscape of 1980 West Texas.

NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN is a great story, dont get me wrong but the film was soooo dry. It really was...Im surprise it won best picture. It was fun to watch at some parts but then some scenes were soooo dry and boring..there was barley a score..It was an okay film.. Im sure I can do a better version of it. Call it...

You never know, I can do it. Im gonna be a "HollyHood Entrepreneur" so you never know. I can do all I want with it. I control my camera...but it other words....yeah check out the DVD its a really good film but just be ready for the boring parts....play with your pop corn to entertain yourself trough those parts.

Blah, Blah, Blah

Yeah, this really didnt make American Gangster look like a fairy tale. Fiction or non fiction, it was more entertaining then this movie...documentary I mean. The film is about the rise and fall of Nicky Barnes, a former drug kingpin in New York City but honestly, I liked the story better when it was on BET's show "American Gangster". The story they did on him was shorter and alot more entertaining. This DVD even have a conversation between Nicky and Frank Lucus...I expected a war or words...but it was nothin but a cival conversation....wait for this to go on tv.
