Its A Nigga Rich Production!!!

lol, Dont blame me. That's Kevin Smith idea (you have to see the movie to understand that joke). Who else but Kevin Smith can take something so...well I wouldnt say perverted but I guess some up tight women would...and turn it to a love story. I didnt think Kevin could out do "Clerks 2" but I was wrong, this was dead on funny. I couldnt stop laughing after the opening credits started. The film stars Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks as the title characters who are in desperate need of money, so decide to make a low-budget pornographic film.

Now, you would of expect this from Judd Apatow or John Waters or Trey Parker/Matt Stone...so why couldnt we expect this from Silent Bob himself? The film was on point funny of course from the great writing/directing of Kevin Smith. The cast did great (including the porn star (cant recall her name)doing her first feature film (no not Jenna Jameson, she did the movie "Zombie Strippers", which I didnt see yet). I wish kevin could of had a cameo or something but the film was great the way it is. I dont know why the MPAA was acting like a ****head when they was trying to put this film out. I seen dudes get thier bulls cut off and thrown at dogs (Hostel 2), so what if we wanna see Jason Mewe (the guy who plays "Jay" in the "Jay and Silent Bob" movies)walk around with his balls out. I dont know if I can say this is a movie you can take your girlfriend to (unless she liked "Knocked Up", "Super Bad", "40 Year Old Virgin and "Forgetting Sarah Marshell" (all Judd has produced) then it wouldnt be a problem) but this is a film you couldnt definatly watch for a good laugh. I give it a 9 out of 10...the ending...I dont know...it needed something...like...how much money did they make off the porn and bla bla bla...kevin smith...call me, we need to talk about the ending (unless its on the dvd...in that case, I can wait).

UpDate:
The Adult Film Star that was in the film name is Katie Morgan

What Make Rappers Turn Into Actors?

It Seems To Me, That Every Rapper Is Trying To cross over From Music To Movies. I remember my first movie I ever seen with rappers. Dre and Ed Lover's "Who's The Man". Great film, long before hip hop took over urban films and most of them made sense. There are a few good hip hop movies and a couple of rap stars that could act. Belly, Get Rich or Die Trying, Boyz In The Hood, etc. 50 cent(well, he was good in "Get Rich..." & "Before I Self Destruct" (in the clips I seen). His scenes in "Home Of The Brave" were to short so I couldnt see his acting skiils and "Righteous Kill", I didnt feel his acting skill...thats what you get for watching bootlegs..)Snoop Dogg (love him in all his films), David Banner (He's not bad), Beanine Segal, Damon Dash, Ludacris (he's doing his thing..well I didnt really like him in Max Payne (but that movie wasnt that great anyway), Q Tip, T.I, Ice Cube (his early films), LL Cool J, Nas and DMX, Nelly (only In "The Longest Yard") Big Boi (only in "Who's Your Caddy", "ATL" and "Idlewild"), Andre 300 (all his films), Common is doing a great job, I only seen Ja Rule in a few films...he's okay but I seen worse but I would work with him...Ice T was great during his "New Jack City" days but now he just trying a lil to hard to seem tough (Look at Leperchaun In The Hood), Bow Wow..Yeah..convincing in his acting, Lil Romeo...another not bad...and I cant forget bout WILL SMITH...plus there are the R&B Singers like Tyrese, Omarion, Marques Houston, Chris Brown, they all can act but WHY DO EVERYONE ELSE THINK THEY CAN TO? Rick Ross got a movie coming out (it's called "Days Of Wrath", havent seen his acting skills yet) The Game (I only liked him in Waist Deep), Lil Wayne is working on a few films coming out (let see how well he can do it) and there's rappers in my hood asking me to get them in a few film projects. My point is, not all rappers can act. Some may have a future career in film but many dont. Let me give a few examples.

Now, I only saw a lil bit of the film. I guess maybe an hour late into it. The story tells of what could of happened if Bone, Thugs and Harmoney never met Easy E and never blew up as rap stars. It was not a bad idea, the story worked out but acting wise, it wasnt all to great but you can see they really tried hard and wanted to do the best they can with thier acting skills. The film, I give it a 6 out of 10.

Yo, Everyone in this film needed Anger Management. Everyone got mad about everything. Every scene Mike Jones or his boys or his homie or who ever he was with got angry. Acting hard every minute. Mike Jones may have a career in acting, and so does the girl who played his girl friend and his grandmother and of course the professinal actors in the film knew what they was doing but them other guys need to put it to rest.

Now, I like Master P. As a business man and a rapper..and he's not to bad as an actor as well. I like a few of his films (hated "Uncle P" tho). I had a chance to buy a film he did called "The Last Don" but I didnt buy it to buy something else so when I saw it again at a video store for just $3, I took the chance to finally see it. The film is about a man who takes over his father "mafia family" after he is murdered. Alot of questions was not answered in the film..like how was his father Italian and he is black? (His pops could of have Jungle Fever, who knows), while was so much scenes in a strip club when doing business, why was it so short (40 mins), what excatly was the story line?!?! The film pulled a "Killa Season" (camron's film), it started with a story and then vaporated into nothing, just a whole bunch of scenes they thought would be cool to put together. Now, Im not gonna hate on Master P. He's doing his thing but hey, not everything you do can be gold.

So In the end, I have one thing for rappers..if no one wants to cast you for a movie, dont turn around to make your own. Take A Hint. They only put ya'll in the film to sell tickets.

This was like Bad Sex

Okay, I dont wanna get all "sexual" in my movie blog. Im a christian but this will be the best way for me to describe this movie. Now I love M Night Shyamaln's movies. Everyone of them (except the village). He is very creative..but this is the 1st time Im gonna go against one of his film.

It begins with no clear warning. It seems to come out of nowhere. In a matter of minutes, episodes of strange, chilling deaths that defy reason and boggle the mind in their shocking destructiveness, erupt in major American cities. What is causing this sudden, total breakdown of human behavior? Is it some kind of new terrorist attack, an experiment gone wrong, a diabolical toxic weapon, an out-of-control virus? Is it being transmitted by air, by water--how? For Philadelphia high school science teacher Elliot Moore what matters most is finding a way to escape the mysterious and deadly phenomenon. Though he and his wife Alma are in the midst of a marital crisis, they hit the road, first by train, then by car, with Elliots math teacher friend Julian and his 8 year-old daughter Jess, heading for the Pennsylvania farmlands where they hope they'll be out of reach of the grisly, ever-growing attacks. Yet it soon becomes clear that no one--and nowhere--is safe. This terrifying, invisible killer cannot be outrun. It is only when Elliot begins to discover the true nature of what is lurking out there--and just what has unleashed this force that threatens the future of humanity--that he discovers a sliver of hope that his fragile family might be able to escape what is happening.

NOW, the way it started was on point. I was soo creeped out (and a lil bit scared) the tone and aura was right. There wasnt alot of distrubing scenes like I expected..but then again alot of stuff was cut out so it wouldnt get an X rating..I have to look at the deleted scenes to see what was cut out..but anyway as the film gets to the last characters and everyone is dying, you exepect to find out why these things were happening...but it doesnt happen. It stops out of no where, giving no explanations...3 months later its like nothing happened. Thats why I said it was like bad sex. Its like you getting ready to climax (im trying to stay as clean as possible here) and getting ready and its almost bout to blow...then nothing happens. You're like "WHAT THE HECK?", Like, where did it go? and it doesnt come back..so now here you are, pissed off..your partner had his or her climax(as in the film finished), but you didnt (you didnt get an explanation). I give the movie a 7 out of 10. Rent the Dvd.....HURRY UP AND DO UNBREAKABLE 2 M!!!!!! I will help you!!!!!!

The worst sequel of all time!!!!

Technicatly, this isnt a sequel..its more of an unofficial sequel. It was originally named "The Millionare Boys Club" but I guess they added "Belly 2" to increase sells. It has nothing to do with "DMX Or Nas" character. Word on the web is that they are working on an official sequel entitled "Beast". I cant wait for it to come out so people can forget about this movie. The movie is about Game, going back to the streets to make money (not really a big shock). His girl is a DEA and he doesnt know (and the storyline still remains flat). The directing was slow, the acting was horriable and it was a completle bore. Its a disgrace to the original "Belly". Out of all 3 movies I seen Game in..."Waist Deep" was the only one I can say he was convincing. "Street Kings" he was close but not good. So, if you ask me..dont rent, or buy...sooner or later it will end up on BET.

If Only Real Life Was Like The Movies

The film begins close to the end of the story, when the suspects get caught and are interrogated. Then it flashes back to three years earlier and the film proceeds forward from there interspersed with occasional bits from the interrogation.

Three years before getting caught, Bridget (Diane Keaton) lived a comfortable upper class life until her husband Don (Ted Danson) was fired from his position and sunk into debt. The paycheck for Selina, the cleaning lady, bounces again. Selina confronts Bridget and suggests she take a job as a janitor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Thats where she gets the idea to steal from the goverment and with the help of Queen Latifah and Katie Holmes, they rob that place for 3 years but of course every good thing comes to an end but the film is VERY FUNNY and enteraining. If I could grab things from the screen, I would pause every scene and take the buckets of money I saw throughout the film. I give the film and 9 out of 10. It had the right motive, right story, right plot and good ending but the reason it didnt reach a 10..wait..no its a 10.

Ang Lee's Pride Is Crushed

This is not a sequel but a REBOOT of the Incredible Hulk series. The plot is not hard to guess. Dr. Bruce Banner (edward Nortan)continues to find a cure for his gamma-radiation induced affliction where anger causes him to become the giant, green-skinned Incredible Hulk. I loved how this film came out. It had all the action I asked for in the first one, less drama (its a comic book movie, come on) I loved it from begining to end. If I was the Hulk, Alot of people would be dead by now. I give it a 10 out of 10. I cant wait for the dvd!

Im SO Buying The Game Now!

I only played the game 3 times (each occasion was a different installment to the seires) and I thought the game was fun but I wasnt sure if the movie was gonna be as cool as it. I gotta admit, to my surprise I was wrong. The direction was excellent and the cast was on point BUT the story was too flat. Not enough action too. The story is about The "Hitman" . A genetically-engineered, elite assassin known only as Agent 47. His hallmarks are lethal grace, unwavering precision, and resolute pride in his work. But even 47 couldn't anticipate a "random equation" in his life exactitude: the unexpected stirrings of his conscience and the unfamiliar emotions aroused in him by a mysterious Russian woman. See, you can tell from there the story is flat. I give it a 6 out of 10. Rent. or wait for cable. Dont buy (unless you planning to play all the ganes, then you should really buy it).

Fight Club For Teens

This film shows what the hood been doing for a few years. Fighting, capturing it on video, posting it to the web (and sometimes selling it on DVD). Only difference between the hood and this movie...it's done in the suburbs. The story is about Jake Tyler, (played by Sean Faris), a new kid in town with a troubled past. In this new city he is an outsider with a reputation for being a quick tempered brawler. Jake is introduced to the sport known as Mixed Martial Arts and is trained by his mentor, Jean Roqua, played by Djimon Hounsou (Blood Diamond, In America). For Jake, there is much more at stake than mere victory. His decision will not just settle a score; it will define who he is. IF ONLY I CAN FIGHT LIKE THE CHARACTERS IN THE MOVIE. I gotta train like them. I have to learn those moves. I live in south side Jamaica Queens. I gotta protect myself if someone tries to attack me. The fight scenes were great, story was on point, the cast was terrific. I gotta give it a 8 out of 10 tho..I guess it was just so surburban. Some parts didnt seem to real. It had it's "Movie Moments". I mean I knew he was going to beat the enemey. HE'S THE MAIN CHARACTER, he has to win but you should of had me a lil surprise at some parts but it was fun to watch.

Eh, It Has It's Part

Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell) is on a mission to thwart the latest plot for world domination by the evil crime syndicate known as KAOS. When the headquarters of U.S. spy agency CONTROL is attacked and the identities of its agents compromised, the Chief (Alan Arkin) has no choice but to promote his ever-eager analyst Maxwell Smart, who has always dreamt of working in the field alongside stalwart superstar Agent 23 (Dwayne Johnson). Smart is partnered instead with the lovely-but-lethal veteran Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway). Given little field experience and even less time, Smart—armed with nothing but a few spy-tech gadgets and his unbridled enthusiasm—must thwart the doomsday plans of KAOS head Siegfried (Terence Stamp).

I was going to see this in theaters but Im glad I didnt (Might have a different feeling when I see the dvd). It had its moments that I thought was really funny and some part that seem they was trying to hard. I give it a 7..maybe a 6 and a half. I say wait for the dvd.

No Wonder It Went Straight To DVD

Hero Wanted is a 2008 action film directed by Brian Smrz and starring Cuba Gooding, Jr., Ray Liotta, and Norman Reedus. Liam Case (Cuba Gooding Jr.) is a garbage collector and a hero. Several years before, he had rescued a little girl from a flaming car wreck and earned a hideous scar for his effort. But he got his "fifteen minutes", but soon forgotten.

Lost and alone, Liam has turned to alcohol. After stalking a bank teller who reminds him of his wife, he arranges a bank robbery to make him a hero again. The crooks are not willing to rob a bank without the money, they shoot the girl he wanted to ask out. Liam is betrayed and vows to put things right by seeking vengeance against the thieves that put the bank teller in a coma and left him for dead.

I cant say this movie is what I expected. The 1st thing I heard about it was the part of him setting up the bank robbery to look like a hero.. I thought it was going to be a action comedy..its really dramatic and I didnt like how the story was told. The story jumped back n forth from the past and the present which actually makes things confusing. I give it a 5 out of 10.

The Most Funniest Racist Movie Of All Time

I didnt even realize how racist the first one was until I watched again after seeing this in theaters. This time, the boys get themselves in trouble trying to sneak a bong onboard a flight to Amsterdam. Now, being suspected of terrorism, they are forced to run from the law and try to find a way to prove their innocence. I saw this in theaters and was dying. It was soo racist, it was funny. It was great. Black jokes, white jokes, asian jokes, sex jokes (especially this 3 way with a bag of weed), Jew Jokes, and PRESIDENT BUSH jokes. He's actually in the movie (not really played by him tho...There is a movie about him coming out soon..I seen the trailer...looks like a parody instead of a biopic). If Bush was as funny in the movie in real life, I would like him a lil more. I liked him in this movie...seemed like a great guy but sucks as a president. The film was written and directed by the writers of the first film. I love them. They deserve a hug. I got the one disc verison of the unrated version. its nothing really different then the one in theaters (and the 1 in theaters was soo RANCHY and DIRTY!!!!). The only thing unrated about the dvd is the bottomless party. It just over laspe the dialouge. I give it 10 out of 10. If you loved American Pie, Super Bad, Van Wilder and any movie that has drunken teens, weed and sex in a funny matter..you will love this...OH AND NPH ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Uh..Um..Hmm...

I cant really say I really liked this film. Direction was on point and plot was too but it had me lost at times. It starts off in 2008. The opening scene reminds me of "I Am Legend" and "Resident Evil 2". The virus breaks loose and people is going crazy! We then find the main character as a child as her mother sacafices her life to save her. The film then jumps in the near future, where Scotland has been quarantined due to the onset of a deadly virus. When the virus emerges in London, political leaders send Major Eden Sinclair (Rhona Mitra) to Scotland to find a cure based on evidence of survivors. Sinclair and her crew then gets stuck on the other side and have to survive and get home. I cant say I liked where it went after that point. Blood was good. Action was fine but something about it I didnt like. It jumps around era even tho its in the future. First its around our time then (in the same year)its like in a apocolyptic heavy metal time and then jumps to the medevil time. I didnt seem creative to me. I give it a 6 out of 10. I say rent, dont buy.

I Probably Would Do This If Zombies Attack

George A. Romero, THE KING, THE MASTER of Zombie films comes back to the genre HE CREATED with "Diary Of The Dead". I had to track this DVD down after I saw the trailer. I couldn't wait to see it. Jason Creed and a small crew of college filmmakers are in the Pennsylvania woods making a no-budget horror film when they hear the terrifying news that the dead have started returning to life. Led by Jason's girlfriend, Debra, the frightened young filmmakers set off in a friend's old Winnebago to try to get back to the only safety and security they know: their homes. BUT WE ALL KNOW, If zombies are taking over there is no escape. The film has that "Blair Witch Project" feeling that actually worked for them and not agaisnt them like "Cloverfield". The film was fun to watch and I wanted to see more and more. I hope there's a sequel. I enjoyed this more than "Land Of The Dead" but I wanted more of that feeling I got from Zack Snyder's remake of George's Dawn Of The Dead but overall the film is alot of fun. I give it a 10 out of 10 (looks like Im giving alot of 10 out of 10). I love it.

The Other Story Of My Life

I have to send a Shout out To The Jewish Mother I never had, Edna Gruber. If it wasnt for her, I would never have seen this movie. It's original title is Nuovo Cinema Paradiso is an Italian film written and directed by Giuseppe Tornatore. It was internationally released as Cinema Paradiso in France, Spain, the UK and the U.S. Told in flashback, it tells the story of the return to his native Sicilian village of a successful film director Salvatore for the funeral of his old friend Alfredo, who was the projectionist at the local "Cinema Paradiso". Ultimately, Alfredo serves as a wise father figure to his young friend who only wishes the best to see him succeed, even if it means breaking his heart in the process.

I loved this movie (thank God for subtitiles). This is the story of my life. Im gonna have to write my own Cinema Paradiso, telling my story looking for my paradise with the love and joy of film I give it a 10 out of 10. I recomend you to see the directors cut. Its worth every penny.

If Only I Saw This In IMAX

If I only saw this in IMAX (or at least a big screen and surround sound) I would of loved the film even more. I would felt the intensive-ness of the film, the direction was great, the story went on point and the cast was amazing and Heath Ledger's (R.I.P) performance of the Joker was FANTASTIC. OH MAN!!! I loved it. It went so well I cant even describe it.

the film is a sequel to 2005's Batman Begins. Christian Bale reprises the lead role. Batman's primary conflicts in the film include his fight against his arch-nemesis the Joker (Heath Ledger) and his rivalry with district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart) for the affections of assistant D.A. Rachel Dawes (Maggie Gyllenhaal). I cant really speak for the film, it really speak for itself. I give it 10 out of 10.

Plez God, Dont Give Me A Girl

When I have a kid, Im begging God for a boy. Girls are to much to handle (especially these days), with the horomones in the milk, Sex at early ages. Music and videos filled with sex, make up, boys trying to be sex symbols in JR HIGH, its too much to rasie a daughter (or any kid) these days in america. Steve Martin's Father Of The Bride was one example..Disney's College Road Trip is another!

When an overachieving high school student Melanie Porter (RAVEN-SYMONE) decides to travel around the country to choose the perfect college, her overprotective cop father (MARTIN LAWRENCE) also decides to accompany her in order to keep her on the straight and narrow.

Im Telling you, if I have a daugther..Im buying be a gun. Im gonna be just like Martin in this movie. No Lie. The film was real funny. In a way, it takes off from Disney's other recent movie "The Game Plan". The Game Plan takes on raising a little girl. Road trip is what happens when she gets older. Donny Osmand is in the film and he is dead on FUNNY!!!! Especially at the end when his daughter vists him for thanksgiving. I loved the movie. Cant say I found something wrong with the film. It is a disney film so it doesnt really touch the "touchy" subject when letting you daughter go to out alone in the world but its great to watch if you're babysitting or watching with your family (if you have kids). I know 1 thing..Im still praying for a girl now even tho I doubt if Im gonna have kids later. I give the film a 10 out of 10.

Made Me Want To Pay Attenion In History Class

I LOVED THIS MOVIE. Some Sequels are horriable but not this one. I had fun watching this. My girlfriend didnt think it was gonna be fun to watch (because it had to do with history) but we was glued to our seats watching this movie. The direction was on point, the story was great... I loved it. The difference between this film and the first is that Treasure hunter Benjamin Franklin Gates looks to discover the truth behind the assassination of Abraham Lincoln because he great great great great grandfather is being blamed for it so in order to clear his family name he has to uncover the mystery within the 18 pages missing from assassin John Wilkes Booth's diary. I wished I paid more attenion in history class because I enjoyed it. If you can mix fiction with reality...histroy class would of been more entertaning and seemed less boring.

This how ever, pissed me off! I actually went to theaters to see this with my girl. I was a fan of Indy growing up. I wanted to have the adventures he had. So I couldnt wait to see this film. The first hour had me strapped in my seat until they started to mention (SPOILER ALERT)Aliens. Aliens? In a Indiana Jones movie? Are you kidding me? What does aliens have to do with Indiana? Where's the history? The artifacts? Isnt Speilberg done with Aliens by now? E.T? Third Ecounter? Wars Of The Worlds? Transformers (need I continue). And George Lucas...I love Star Wars but you got to have a new credit as a director out of that franchise. Im telling you, the story sucked. By the time Indy was capture by the bad guys (once again)I was no longer paying attenion to the movie. Me and my girl was on each other in the back..not doing things you supposed to do in theaters. David Koeep Is a great writer but I didnt like this movie and how Kate Blanchett died was so stuipd. Her head exploded because she new to much (but no blood came out). I gave this movie a 5 out of 10. I loved the direction, loved the cast (even tho I already knew Shia was going to be Indy son by the time they met) but the movie didnt have the expectations I thought it would be.

THIS IS WHO I WANTED 2 BE IN HIGH SCHOOL!

Charlie Barlett was me in High School (minus the drug dealing part). Charlie was a teen with out a father. He had no life at home and wanted to feel important. He had everything he needed at home and definitely had money but he wanted to be someone. So he sold medical drugs to start his popularity and then he was a counselor to the students and they all loved him. He sold fake ids and couldn't be touched. He was a rebel. He had a crowd surrounding him when he was selling his own brand of dvds (which what I wanted in high school, people surrounding me to buy my dvds). Robert Downy Jr Plays The love interest's father (who just also happens to be the principal)
and Kat Dennings Played his Daughter (and she was looking hot in the film). I gotta say I enjoyed this film. It was fun and Entertaining and If I had a 2nd Life, I wanna be this kid.

I LOVE YOU STALLONE!!!!

I gotta be honest. I didnt think I was gonna like the film at all. I really didnt. I never really watched a whole Slyvester Stallone movie except "First Blood" (the first Rambo movie) but that was in 2004. Alot of people think its a remake, I had to keep explaning its another sequel. Now Sly can write, I know that from watching Rocky Bambola (the recent 1)but I didnt know how well of a director or actor he was until I saw the new rambo. From the trailer, my guess was the first hour was all talk and the end is the only action. I WAS WRONG. I love Stallone as a writer and director now. It gave me all I wanted in an action movie. Before I watched the new rambo flick, I watched the first 3 to get into the character's head. So now that I understood the character and know his past I was ready to watch it and I loved it. Blood was everywhere, guns were blazzing and Rambo didnt lose his touch of action. He was killing everyone from left to right. Blood, BLOOD, BLOOD!!!! It was everywhere. He finally has my respect as a writer and Director..a few weeks before I saw it, I heard rumors that he wanted to remake "Death Wish", one of my favorite old films. Before, I wasnt sure because the recent Rocky movie was alright but I didnt know how well he was as a writer/director BUT then I saw Rambo, Rocky, and Rocky 2..Sly now has my blessing to do "Death Wish"! He is a great story teller, great director and his acting is beleivable. I give the new Rambo movie a 10 out of 10.

CliffHanger The Movie

That's what they should of called this movie. It reminded me of Trap In The Closet (when each of the song ended) and Prison Break (right before commericial break), when things starts to get good, it dis-continues. it just rewinds itself 15 minutes before to someone else's point of view. I mean hey, it was creative and very intresting but there was 8 different point of views so every 15 mins the film rewinds itself 15 mins to someone elses point of view and we (kinda) have to watch the same thing twice. If there was another way of telling it without it having cliffhangers every 15 minutes and rewindin itself to reach someone else's point of view It would of been great story because I was getting annoyed but it was really entertaining and it keeps you guessing and wondering what's gonna happen next. Honestly, I liked the movie. It was fun..it just kept annyoing me with the cliffhangers! I give it a 7 out of 10.

Carlemile Viel's Death Wish

This was inspire by films such as (the original)"Death Wish", "Death Sentence", "Kill Bill" and "The Brave One" but also the film is a metaphor. The past week, there was a series of unfortunate events and I just felt horraible so this film represents how I felt and what I wanted to do when it happened. I took the negative and turn it into a work of art!...well a film.

WARNERS BROTHERS ROBBED ME

$27....I Paid $27 and guess what? It was only 3 different scenes for the alternate version of "I Am Legend". Most of it was just extra shots and exteriors...cant beleive I paid so much for it but hey, Im a big Will Smith fan so its worth it BUT THANKS 2 WARNER BROTHERS, I have "I Am Legend" on My Cpu but I cant Re Edited or Put It On DVD...give me a while, I’ll find my way around it. Make my own fan trailer or short fan film of the movie...we’ll see. I bought the 2 Disc movie at BlockBusters 20 hours after release but for whoever havent seen the alternate ending, Im putting it below....makes me wonder though...shouldnt they do a sequel now cause of the new ending? They Should...this ending is way better. My problem with this DVD is I know there is more scenes in the movie that we're not being shown. I was watching Behind The Scenes (which you cant even watch on the DVD player, you have to put the dvd in the computer (DVD-Rom). Now what if I didnt have a computer and the internet? I wouldnt be able to watch it and see there was extra scenes they have shot and was not featured in both verisons of the films. HEAR ME OUT WARNER BROTHERS, I WANNA SEE EVERYTHING. EVERY FOOTAGE. GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR. What I paid for was a scam. You could of easliy put those 3 scenes on DVD and do what Universal did for the extened uncut verison of "American Gangster" and had a feature that showed a different ending..you could of had it all on one disc and had the second dsic filled with Special features...or was you just tryin to cash in because you giving up to New Line Cinema? Hmmmm?

Director's Cut Is Always Better

Beowulf is a 2007 motion capture film loosely based on the Old English epic poem of the same name. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the film was created through a similar motion capture technique to that used by the director in The Polar Express. The cast includes Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, Robin Wright Penn, Alison Lohman, John Malkovich, Crispin Glover, Brendan Gleeson, and Angelina Jolie. This is the 2nd time I saw this film. The first time I saw it was in theater but it was such a "bitter night" I didnt enjoy it as much as I did when I bought the dvd. Now in the begining it is really slow but the action scenes are worth the wait. Oh and the behind the scenes featurette (only in the directors cut and 2 disc dvd) is a must watch. It's amazing to watch. I got a clip from youtube, im putting it under the trailer. Im giving it a 8 out of 10...why? because of them really slow parts which is filled with talks.

The Most Boring Movie I Ever Watched

Dont confuse this with Lion Gate's The Descent. Descent is a 2007 American thriller film directed by Talia Lugacy and starring Rosario Dawson and Chad Faust. Maya (Dawson) is a college student who is brutally raped. Struggling to break free of the resulting depression and addiction, as well as the hum-drum existence of folding shirts at the local boutique, Maya seeks out the help of a sociopath she meets, named Adrian (Marcus Patrick) at a dance club. The two lure the former victimizer (Faust) to Maya's place, only to gag, subdue, and rape the man who raped her.

The film was soo boring I never got to the part when they get revenge on the guy who raped Rosario's character. After an hour of the film, I stopped the dvd. It had another 40 minutes to go but I couldnt take it. IT WAS SOOOO BORING!!!!! I might give it another shot since I own the dvd but it was just so.....boring. It took so long to get to the point of certain scenes. Some of it was filled with fillers that it didnt need. I gave it a 5 out of 10. I would give it a 1 but I love Rosario so I wont do her so wrong....I can make a better remake of this.....

Another Remake of a Classic

A Raisin in the Sun is a 2008 television movie directed by Kenny Leon. The teleplay by Paris Qualles is based on the award-winning 1959 play of the same name by Lorraine Hansberry. The film debuted at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival and was broadcast by ABC on February 25, 2008. It stars Sean Combs, Audra McDonald, Phylicia Rashad, and Sanaa Lathan reprising the roles they played in the 2004 Broadway revival, which also was directed by Kenny Leon. It ran at the Royale Theatre for 32 previews and 88 performances....but for a remake Im not sure. I mean it was a really good time that I watched it twice (right after I taped it the first time). Diddy didnt take the cake like Sidney Poitier but he had his scenes where he was great. Phylicia Rashad (who I loved in the cosby show) was wonderful. Watchin her was like watchin my mother. The struggle of a hard working black mother with no help of her children's father (if I make a movie about my life, I want her to play the part of my mother) she did a wonderful job. As for everyone else, EVERYONE did great. It was sooo cool seeing Uncle Jesse (John Stamos playin as Carl Linder) acting again...I missed those full house days. Now Im not sure if I appreicate this more then I would if I saw it on stage. I might of enjoyed it more if I saw it on broadway but it was a great film. Im not sure if it will be on TV again or be realesed on DVD but make sure you get it or watch it and tape it.

This Won Best Picture?

No Country for Old Men is an Academy Award-winning 2007 film written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen (The guys who made Lady Killers....which reminds me I left at my ex's house). It stars Josh Brolin, Tommy Lee Jones and Javier Bardem. Adapted from the Cormac McCarthy novel of the same name It tells the story of a drug deal gone wrong, turned into a cat-and-mouse drama, as three men crisscross each other's paths in the desert landscape of 1980 West Texas.

NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN is a great story, dont get me wrong but the film was soooo dry. It really was...Im surprise it won best picture. It was fun to watch at some parts but then some scenes were soooo dry and boring..there was barley a score..It was an okay film.. Im sure I can do a better version of it. Call it...

You never know, I can do it. Im gonna be a "HollyHood Entrepreneur" so you never know. I can do all I want with it. I control my camera...but it other words....yeah check out the DVD its a really good film but just be ready for the boring parts....play with your pop corn to entertain yourself trough those parts.

Blah, Blah, Blah

Yeah, this really didnt make American Gangster look like a fairy tale. Fiction or non fiction, it was more entertaining then this movie...documentary I mean. The film is about the rise and fall of Nicky Barnes, a former drug kingpin in New York City but honestly, I liked the story better when it was on BET's show "American Gangster". The story they did on him was shorter and alot more entertaining. This DVD even have a conversation between Nicky and Frank Lucus...I expected a war or words...but it was nothin but a cival conversation....wait for this to go on tv.

Cute, But Not That Funny

THIS IS WHAT I BEEN WAITING TO SEE SINCE 2007. I couldnt wait til this film came out. I had the poster on my wall before they even had a realese date. I was soo bummed when they pushed it back another month but finally the film came out on friday...and honestly its what I expected.

Jerry (Jack Black) is a junkyard worker who attempts to sabotage a power plant he suspects of causing his headaches. But he inadvertently causes his brain to become magnetized, leading to the unintentional destruction of all the movies in his friend’s (Mos Def) store. In order to keep the store’s one loyal customer, an elderly lady with a tenuous grasp on reality, the pair re-create a long line of films including The Lion King, Rush Hour, Ghostbusters, When We Were Kings, Back to the Future, Driving Miss Daisy, and Robocop, putting themselves and their townspeople into it. They become the biggest stars in their neighborhood.

This is a great idea, I wish I came up with this idea. The movie didnt have scenes that was included on it's youtube ( http://youtube.com/user/BeKindMovie ), I really didnt expect it to be gut busting comedy (it wasnt) I knew it would make me smile because thats just the type of film that puts a smile on your face. I just wanted to grab my camera after the movie and film my own movie. Actually, alot of people are doing that now. Check out

http://beta.filmmakingfrenzy.com/sites/filmfrenzy_beta/ViewFrenzy.aspx

This shows regular people (Im guessin not all film makers) making...excuse me I should say "sweding" thier favorite movies. Its really cool. For "Be Kind ReWind".. Im not sure if I was expecting anything out of it that I didnt get. I love this film as much as I love "Enternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" but this film here gets a 6..maybe 7 out of 10.

check out the sweded trailer

It's Better The Second Time Around

I just got the unrated extended version of American Gangster (I wish I bought the 3 disc edition but I couldnt afford it so I only got 1)and the film is wayyyy better than the first time I saw it. The tone seemed to be different, I loved the new ending because the old one sucked. It showed the way gangstas shift generations...a before and after..the producers must of got my review and Ridley Scott must of understand what I expected of the film. THIS IS THE VERSION I WANTED. This is my blue magic. Make sure if you gonna buy this DVD, its the extended unrated verision. I just got the documentary "Mr Untouchable". The case says "it makes American Gangster look like a fairy tale, theres nothing Hollywood about it". Well I know there are some things in the film thats nots true but I'll be the judge of that (if its like a fairy tale) but for this DVD, i give it a 10 out of a 10.

WTF DID I JUST WATCH?

Revolver is a 2005 movie, written and directed by Guy Ritchie (Madonna's husband). The film stars Jason Statham as Jake Green, Ray Liotta as Dorothy Macha, and André Benjamin (a.k.a. "André 3000") as Avi. It centers around a revenge-seeking confidence trickster whose weapon is a universal formula that guarantees victory to its user, when applied to any game or confidence trick.

I couild watch this film 5 times in a row for a week and still wont understand what I just watched. No wonder it took so long to get released. I cant even tell you what it is about because it was soooo confusing. He did soo much better with "Lock, Stock and Two Smocking barrels" and "Snatch" Im not sure how things went wrong with this. There was not enough action, most of the scene was Jason goin crazy, showing his inner thoughts and flashbacks...I cant say I really enjoy this film. It was just released on DVD..wait for it on tv.

Micheal Jackson's MOVIES!!!!!

I got to admit, the king of pop maybe a werid guy but he is really creative. What other artist do you know who makes his own movies/music videos? I love this guy's work..his videos are not like any others. HE HAS THE MOST FAMOUS DIRECTORS DIRECT HIS FILMS.

John Landis directed this one, John directed "National Lampoon's Animal House", "An American Werewolf in London" and my ALL TIME FAVORITE "THE BLUES BROTHERS". "Thriller" is a 14-minute music video for the song of the same name released on December 2, 1983 and directed by John Landis. It was the most expensive video of its time, costing US$800,000, and the Guinness World Records in 2006 list it as the "most successful music video", selling over 1 million units. The film starts out as a werewolf movie and then into a zombie. This is my favorite video of all time.

The full music video for "Bad" is an 18-minute-long short film written by novelist and screenwriter Richard Price(GREAT WRITER), directed by Martin Scorsese (director of "The Departed" and "GoodFellas")and starring Michael Jackson. He stars as a boy from the hood (who was sent to a prep school) who comes back to his old neighborhood. He hangs with his own gang (and one of the memebers is WESLEY SNIPES) and they feel like since he went to that prep white boy school. He aint bad no more. He's not down, so he has to prove it to them....in dance and music.. HA! Great story line, wish it kept going after the song.

Captain EO was the only video (from what I heard) that didnt go to video. This was only for Walt Disney Land. It stars Michael Jackson (of course) and was directed by Francis Ford Coppola (THE DIRECTOR OF "THE GODFATHER"),and executive-produced by George Lucas (THE MAN BEHIND STAR WARS!!!!). Captain EO is the only attraction to open at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland within such a short period of time (6 days). EPCOT's Captain EO opened on September 12 and Disneyland's opened on September 18, 1986. Most attractions debut at one park and, if successful, are copied at another Disney park a year or more later. It closed at Disneyland Paris on August 17, 1998. The movie tells the story of Captain EO and the ragtag crew of his spaceship on a mission to deliver a gift to a wicked alien queen, the Supreme Leader, on her home world of rotting, twisted metal and steaming vents. Its no longer at disney, its replaced by "Honey I shrunk The Audience"...hmmm..why? The film was cute, you can find it on Youtube. Micheal had way better acting performances. I wish it was on dvd though (I already signed a petition).

Rather than featuring one continuous narrative, the film is a collection of short films about the entertainer, several of which are long form music videos from Jackson's Bad album. The best video in this movie was "SMOOTH CRIMINAL". Jackson plays a benevolent gangster who uses his powers as a crime figure to protect the children of an unnamed big city. The video was so crazy, it even had its own video game (I used to own it...I miss it soo).

Micheal returns with another horror video. GHOSTS is a short feature film which could also be classified as a long-form music video The film tells the story of a scary Maestro with supernatural powers, who is being forced out of a small town by its mayor (also played by Micheal). The movie includes a series of dance routines performed by Michael and his "family" of ghouls. Every song from the film was taken from Michael Jackson's HIStory and Blood on the Dance Floor albums. It was directed by Stan Winston and written by Micheal and (ONE OF THE BEST WRITERS ON THIS EARTH) Stephan King.

You Rock My World was close to a film. Like many of Jackson's music videos, this one takes the form of a short film based on a story written by Michael Jackson and Paul Hunter. It follows a story in which Michael Jackson and Chris Tucker spot an attractive woman (played by Kishaya Dudley) and follow her into a nightclub (called the 'Waterfront Hotel' in reference to the famous film starring Marlon Brando, who plays the club's owner in this music video). Obviously, they are not wanted there, because it seems the woman already has a love interest (played by Michael Madsen). However, Jackson is determined to meet this woman. This one could of easily been a longer short film. Add a back story, a longer begining..another ending. It would of been great.

And there you have it, the best Micheal Jackson movies. When I meet him, I gotta direct a film for him.

A Ranchier Version of "Pretty Woman"

The film is about two people. Lazarus (Samuel L. Jackson), a deeply religious farmer and former blues guitarist, and Rae (Christina Ricci), a young nymphomaniac. Lazarus's wife has left him for his brother, which has left him a bitter and violent man. Rae's boyfriend Ronnie (Justin Timberlake) leaves for deployment in the National Guard, and in his absence she degrades herself into bouts of promiscuity and drug use. During one of Rae's binges(moods), Ronnie's friend Gill (Michael Raymond-James) tries to take advantage of her. She laughs at his advances and he severely beats her. Believing her dead, Gill dumps Rae by the side of the road and drives away. Lazarus discovers Rae and brings her home to nurse her back to health. As he helps her, he find out what kind of girl she is. How she sleeps around. How every guy in town had his way with her. How she is used as a man's play thing. He cant have that so he tries to turn this ho into a house wife.

I honestly think this was a great film. A straight 10 out of 10. Sure its a lil dirty but it has a great MESSAGE (ladies, Im talking to ya'll). Its like that book "Silas Marner" and the movie "Pretty Women". It has sex. drama, comedy, drugs, romance, music (THE GOOD OL BLUES), Religion...everything you need in a movie. I say rent this DVD or buy a copy of you're own.
